Schedule & Caseload

At Olive & Oak Psychology Center, we believe in providing flexible and accessible mental health services to our clients. That’s why we offer both in-person and remote therapy options, utilizing a secure and HIPAA-compliant software program called VSee, which is available for free download. Our incoming therapist will have the freedom to schedule between 25 to 35 clients per week, with a starting caseload provided upon hire and the potential for a steady flow of new clients as desired.

To meet the demands of our clients, the majority of whom prefer appointments in the late afternoon and early evening, our incoming clinician must be available to schedule appointments during peak hours (2pm to 7pm) at least two days per week. This commitment to meeting our clients’ needs sets us apart and helps us provide the highest quality care possible.
